I did comparative shopping of computer repairs as to: prices, location, and availability of when computer repairs would be completed. CCCS has impressive knowledge of computers, diagnosed the problem over the phone (multiple virus), and confirmed upon actual inspection. Diagnostics were free, No Hidden Fees! The price I was quoted was the price I paid, and nothing more. Everything was explained upfront in writing such as: what the problem was, how it would be resolved, and all costs. Atmosphere was professional and friendly; clean windows and floor, answered my questions in easy understandable terms. My computer was ready at appointed time (1 day service). Have recommended to friends and will be a repeat customer.
